Project
Summary: In this project, we aim to probe and characterize
the polarization states of the primordial gravitational background by using the
highest sensitivity measurements of the CMB anisotropies obtained by the Planck
satellite. We investigate the generation of detectable signatures of the E- and
B-mode polarization at the time of inflation and
dark energy domination in the evolution of the universe, focusing on the
parity-violating mechanisms at cosmological scales. As both inflation and
late-time acceleration requires new physics beyond the Standard Model of
particle physics and General Relativity, the detection of parity violating
mechanisms will points to the new physics responsible for their manifestation.

Planck Mission and determining its properties under parity transformation.

determination of the CMB polarization states.
