BACKGROUND
The aim of the Nuclear Track Emulsion (NTE) workshop is to bring related researchers together and provide them opportunities to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results in the field of nuclear track emulsion technique. It will create a forum for international scientists to present and discuss face to face their experiences on fundamentals and future of nuclear emulsion, innovative theories, frameworks, methodologies, tools and applications and make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in this field.
TOPICS
Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
  • Nuclear clustering studies with NTE exposed to relativistic radioactive nuclei
  • Implantation of radioactive nuclei in NTE
  • Exposures of NTE to thermal and fast neutrons
  • Exposures of NTE to high energy muons
  • NTE in laser plasma studies
  • Selected applications in particle and astro-particle (dark matter) physics, neutrinos and double beta decay
  • Other applications of NTE.
Any other suggestions are welcome.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The workshop will consist of plenary sessions, invited talks and shorter oral contributions. Opportunity to present posters will be provided. Abstracts should be submitted online together with registration via web site.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the workshop is English.
