Personnel mobility 1999 - 2000

During 1999 - 2000 period, due especially to the international collaborations in the frame of Memoranda of Understanding, the researchers from the Institute for Space Sciences had a good mobility, not mentioned the Ph.D. grants in different universities or research institutes abroad.
